Navigate the fairways with the Compass. This straight flyer will go wherever you need it to go, and holds any line in a predictable way. Not shallow, not deep, this disc will fit in any hand. Hyzer, straight, anhyzer; the Compass is a disc you can trust on every angle.

Update Review - the Compass is in the Bag!

For reasons completely unrelated to fanboy feelings for Ricky Wysocki (!) I revisited the Compass and am fully converted to its virtues, particularly on wooded lines. The Verdict, Matrix and Emac Truth are still the mids I will throw in open field conditions where their resilience to crosswind and headwind sashays are undeniable, but when it comes to hitting tight lines and catching silly amounts of downhill glide, the Compass is the winner. Most impressive is how turnover resistant it is, and yet how little it fades, often holding a straight line all the way to the ground, and landing so soft that any rollaways or skips risks are whispered away. Most other straight flying mids like the Comet, Kaxe Z or Fuse will need careful hyzering to avoid whipping off the line in a headwind, but the Compass is SO much more reliable!

Ricky loved this for a reason!

Compared to the "classic" mids like Rocs or Buzzzes, the disc feels fat in the hand with its blunt profile (which to my eye is reminiscent of the front end of a 70's era Mustang) and deep rim. I honestly wasn't expecting much distance from it, but guessed it would have an accurate line. To my surprise, it goes almost as far as the Emac Truth at full rip, and actually has a trusty amount of torque resistance on a flick throw. My best guess is the depth of the disc allows for both a high amount of glide AND straightline stability. It hasn't beaten the Emac Truth out of my bag, but it came very close!
